Pre-launch · Routine Tasks AI
Privacy notice
Last updated Nov 3, 2026
Routine Tasks AI is not launched yet. This website handles personal information in three ways: customer accounts with saved plans, early-access sign-ups, and contact messages. No payments, AI agent automation, or connections to Google, Instagram or Facebook are live, and we never ask for business account passwords or logins.
This notice was written for the pre-launch website and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. Questions go through our contact form.
Who is responsible
The operator of the Routine Tasks AI website decides how this information is used. The only contact channel today is the contact form; there is no published postal address, phone number or email address yet.
What we collect
Customer account: your email address, a password (stored only in hashed form by our sign-in service) or your Google sign-in, your business name if you add one, and the agents and number of locations you save in your plan. No payment details are collected.
Self-service business setup: legal and display names, category, public website, city, state, service area, timezone, description, approved service facts, brand voice, restrictions, verified account reply address and contact preferences. Only relevant agents ask for social FAQs, draft schedules, owner-approved public media links, public competitor sites or public-bid readiness answers. Optional fields are marked. We do not request financial details, credentials or licensing documents. These private drafts are reused across your agents and may be edited or cleared in Business setup. No research or AI receives them while automation is disabled.
Account setup (earlier accounts only): some accounts saved public links to a Google Business Profile, Facebook Page or Instagram handle, optional tone and escalation notes, and a date they said they sent an access invite. We no longer collect these, and they do not connect or activate anything. Secure account connection is not live yet. We never ask for passwords, login codes or tokens.
Early-access form: your name, business name, work email, the agents you're interested in, your consent to be contacted, and anything optional you add (website, industry, main repetitive task).
Contact form: your name, work email, optional business name, the topic you choose, your message and your consent.
Technical data with each submission: the time, your browser's user-agent string and, when our hosting provider passes it to us, a one-way keyed hash of your network (IP) address. The raw IP address is never stored, and for some submissions no network address is available, so no hash is saved.
The demo runs entirely in your browser with fictional data. Nothing you type or click in it is sent or saved. These forms do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
Why we use it
- To run your account, show your saved plan and dashboard, and keep you signed in.
- To contact you about early access and to reply to your messages.
- To understand which services businesses want before launch.
- To handle privacy requests and keep a record that we did.
- To limit spam and abuse (see below).
Consent
Creating an account is needed to save a plan. The early-access and contact forms each ask you to tick a consent box before anything is saved. You can withdraw consent at any time with a privacy request (below); we will then stop contacting you and delete your records.
Spam protection
We use a hidden anti-bot field, limits on how many messages one email address can send (three per 24 hours; if you reach it, the form tells you your message was not sent), an overall hourly limit on submissions, and a limit per network using the hashed address above. One sign-up is kept per email address; signing up again with the same email leaves the earlier entry unchanged and saves nothing new. These measures reduce abuse but cannot stop all of it.
Who processes it
Submissions are stored in a private database provided by Lovable Cloud, the hosting and database service this website runs on. Visitors cannot read or change stored records. Signed-in customers can only see and change their own account data, never another customer's. The site operator can view all records.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with mailing-list, advertising or AI services. No email is sent automatically when you submit a form.
How long we keep it
- Customer accounts and saved plans: kept while your account exists, and deleted after a verified deletion request.
- Early-access sign-ups: deleted 365 days after you sign up.
- Contact messages: deleted 180 days after they are sent.
- Privacy / data requests: kept 365 days so we can show how the request was handled, then deleted.
For sign-ups and contact messages, an automatic cleanup runs once a day, so a record may remain for up to a day after its period ends. We delete sooner if you ask us to.
Your requests: access, correction, deletion
Use the contact form with “Privacy / data request” selected, using the same email you signed up with, and tell us what you'd like.
Signed-in customers can edit and clear their shared business and service setup drafts themselves in Business setup. Clearing drafts stops readiness; it does not erase their account, plans or historical reports.
Requests are not carried out automatically. Because anyone can type any email into a form, we first confirm by email that the request really comes from the owner of that address, then act on it and reply.

This website is for businesses and is not meant for children.
Changes
This notice describes the website as it works today. It will be updated, with a new date above, before any paid service, agent automation or platform connection goes live.
